Real results people have gotten

I wish I had found her years ago!

"I came to Jessica with headaches, lightheadedness, vision problems, chronic fatigue, and brain fog. I had gone to 12 doctors (including 7 different specialties), 4 physical therapists, an acupuncturist, a chiropractor, and 3 psychologists, and no one was able to help me. After only 4 months of working with Jessica, my headaches, lightheadedness, and brain fog are gone, I no longer need glasses, and I uncovered the root cause of a 6-year-long chronic illness which has allowed me to start the right treatment. I wish I had found her years ago!"

JORDAN I.

I’ve never felt so ready to go and able to play at my best...

"This work helped me get first place in my pickleball tournament this past weekend! It usually takes me 5-6 games to warm up, and I get nervous before playing which tanks my game. After just one session with Jessica, I used the tools she taught me and I’ve never felt so ready to go and able to play at my best… in literally just 1 minute. I’m shook!"

BECCA

I feel like I have more tools to regulate.

"When I’m in high-pressure situations- meetings or teaching- where I feel like I’m supposed to show up in a certain way, I’ve historically had a really hard time accessing my full self. I would freeze or I would dissociate- I would feel like I had so much to say, and I just couldn’t access any of it. And now I feel like I have more tools to regulate and come back to presence in those moments. I’ve had experiences of actually being able to do that. And that’s been meaningful."

Who NeuroPerformance Coaching is for

Your brain runs everything you do from the boardroom, the stage, the field, to the day to day.

NeuroPerformance coaching is for the people whose brain feels like the bottleneck to their fullest potential.

I work with high performers across these four areas:

WORK
Corporate executives, entrepreneurs, managers, salespeople, lawyers, doctors, surgeons, pilots, traders — you're making high-stakes decisions all day, every day.

When your brain is sharp, you can think clearly and make good decisions, even under pressure.

STAGE

Public speakers, actors, singers, musicians, dancers, comedians, broadcasters, podcasters.

Your art depends on managing nerves and staying present in the moment, no matter what's happening around you.

PHYSICAL
Professional athletes, martial artists, climbers, surfers, gymnasts, trainers, and anyone recovering from pain or injury.

Your body can only go as far as your mind lets it.

MENTAL

ADHD’ers, parents, teachers, writers, creatives, and anyone carrying a heavy, ongoing mental load or dealing with everyday brain fog.

Your wellbeing and function depend on staying focused.

However "performing" looks for you, it all depends on the same thing — your brain’s function.

NeuroPerformance Coaching helps you get your brain running the way it's supposed to, so your work, your art, your body, your day gets to run better too.

The science behind NeuroPerformance Coaching

TLDR: The more your brain trusts you to move through the world safely, the more of you becomes available for the things that matter to you most.

Most people think improvement comes from practicing what you do: running, speaking, lifting, singing, focusing, etc.. We’ve been taught to try harder or study more. We buy silly gadgets from social media ads that promise they’ll solve our problem. This is not how our bodies and brains actually work.

The metaphor I like to use is: Imagine you're a runner.

You’re running as fast as you can. No matter what you do, wanting to run faster and telling yourself to run faster doesn’t work. You hit a ceiling.

This goes for whatever goal you’re working towards.

The quick science is:

Your brain is only going to let you run as fast as it trusts you. The thing most people don’t realize is that the reason you aren’t able to run any faster is that your eyes don’t move fast enough or your vestibular (balance) system isn’t calibrated well enough for high speeds, or your peripheral nerves aren’t used to the load required for that level of force. Your nervous system feels threatened when you reach your current top speed, and your bain is slamming on the brakes.

Running alone can’t fix this. In order to perform better, you have to train the brain.

That is where this work comes in. By training the hardware of the nervous system, you can finally achieve the performance you’ve been working so hard to obtain.

NeuroPerformance Coaching is here to train your brain to feel safer so you can overcome the invisible limitations that are keeping you stuck and reach your performance goals.

Ready for the brakes to come off? Step into new levels of freedom, movement, creativity, focus, and health?

NEUROPERFORMANCE COACH

I help train people’s brains to function better.

I teach cutting-edge neuroscience to help people understand and overcome their obstacles to better health and performance. I work with a wide variety of clients ranging from people navigating physical, cognitive, and emotional pain, to elite-level athletes and performers looking for an edge up.

How to Get Started:

Step 1: Book an Introductory call so you can experience this work in your own body.

If we are a good fit, I will offer you the following two options:

Single sessions: $300 USD – Best for clients with one specific issue (mental block, pre-event jitters, etc.) they want to work through and resolve quickly.

100% of my clients see improvement in every session. That is a statistic I insist on, and with my Check/Try/Recheck protocol, it is something I guarantee.

Come feel it for yourself.

8 sessions: $2,000 USD ($250/ session) – Ideal for clients that experience ongoing or chronic issues they want to work through. For example, burnout, decision fatigue, freezing, performance anxiety, pain, brain fog, and more.

Over the course of 8 sessions, we:

  • Uncover the parts of your nervous system that need support.

  • Train those neural skills (vision, balance, other sensory receptors) so that your nervous system is running optimally.

  • Practice your skills (ex running, singing, public speaking) on a newly tuned nervous system so that your baseline level of performance continually improves.

100% of my clients see improvement in every session. That is a statistic I insist on, and with my Check/Try/Recheck protocol, it is something I guarantee. Come feel it for yourself - book an intro session here.

More testimonials

Jessica cured my TMJ in less than 90 days.

"Dentists couldn't do it, chiropractors didn't help. But training my brain did the trick. On top of curing my TMJ, Jessica helped me develop more pelvic floor strength and access some simple tools to help with my motion sickness. Jessica's approach is part science, part intuition, and all fun. Whether you have a specific ailment you want to improve or you just want to have more mental clarity and energy, Jessica is the perfect expert to work with."

DALLAS TRAVERS

I had an amazing experience working with Jessica.

"I came in wanting to improve my nervous system, especially around singing, vision, and memory. She gave me targeted exercises that created real shifts—I noticed my eyesight improved significantly, and with it, my memory became sharper. Those frustrating mental lapses disappeared, and I was able to navigate so much more nuance in the recording studio! If you’ve noticed changes in your brain function and want to perform at your best, I highly recommend Jessica’s program."

NZINGA MOORE

Jessica Foster is an experienced, compassionate, imaginative trainer.

"She designs each session to fit the needs and capabilities of each client. I worked with her several times a week for several years and gained in strength and confidence, which is saying something because I am old and should be declining! I cannot recommend her highly enough."

ELAINE YAFFE

Jessica is an exceptional trainer who has improved my physical strength, endurance, and coordination over the years.

"Her in-depth understanding of pain, as well as the mind body connection will help anyone seeking an improvement to their physical well-being. I recommend her as both a physical trainer as well as a pain expert."

IVY G.

I am happy to report that my back pain is gone!

"When I signed up for Jessica's three month package I was feeling stuck, both emotionally and physically (recurring lower back pain). For the back pain in particular I had tried every remedy under the sun. Nothing seemed to do the trick. I am happy to report that my back pain is gone! And on the emotional side, I am feeling much more present in my life and open to change. I see myself coming back to Jessica and her tools regularly in my life going forward, as things come up, and am so thrilled to have her on my "health team." I would recommend working with her unreservedly."

RAEYA JACKIW

I don't know that I would have made this kind of progress so quickly in any other way!

"After a car accident and severe concussion, I was referred to Jessica by a close friend. Though I was seeing a neurotrauma doctor, they were unable to give me the practical tools and exercises that Jessica did to help my severely impaired cognitive functioning.

The exercises she provided helped me with my day-to-day functioning and regaining the cognitive endurance that I had before my accident. Not only did she help me with this, but the exercises helped improve my overall memory and I feel it is even better than before! I don't know that I would have made this kind of progress so quickly in any other way! I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants to improve cognitive performance, function, and memory, and even reduce anxiety. Thank you Jessica for your genuine caring, and for being an integral part of my recovery!"

GRE CLIFTON

At the core of Jessica’s teaching is the power of her healing.

"She has changed the way I think about my body and how it feels. I am so lucky to have found her; though a little late in life for me, it’s all the more important. I feel like a new person. She is kind, sensitive, knowledgeable, tolerant, experienced, and enlightened."
